V2.00.09.1 feedback

I'm running the beta V2.00.09.1 for a few days, and it seems to work fine.

On the samsung Spinpoint F1 hdd's subject, there is a notable increase in reliability. I often had warnings (my hdd are all new), and no more with this firmware.

May I know when it will be officialy released ?

Do you have a problem with your actual firmware ?
If not, I strongly suggest you keep it that way for the moment !!!

Firmware upgrading is not a software upgrade on windows, once done IT CAN NOT BE UNDONE !!! (no downgrade is possible).

Also, keep in mind that this version is still in test phase with thecus and may not be the final (released) one as it may contain some lasts bugs (not seen for my part).

Would it be possible to post the upgrade / bug correction list of the v2.00.09.1, or is it too soon ?

Second thing, would it helps thecus devlopers to have some beta (not alpha !!) testers on future versions ?
If yes, I think you could easily recruit them on this forum.
I would volonteer, I have a pretty good idea that Adamson67 would also.
And I bet some others too...

Perhaps, in some time, could you open a new "part" on the forum where volunteers can declare themthelves, register and leave their address (or phone, etc...) to have a real feedback ?

For the moment, the bug correction list, if available, would be fine.

Dear Thecus users,

we are using a 1U4500 v2.00.04 and are experiencing the same difficulties, especially with bay 3, always warnings on drive #3, no matter how fresh the drives are...
Is there a beta available for the 1U4500 ?

Sorry Marco, I've not seen you post before...

I don't think so, in any case I've not heard about a (near) future N4500 firmware...
If I hear something, I will post the news in N4500 forum, come back from time to time so see...
